Speech Interface Design Saw Record Sales Growth in the First Half of 2014

    Speech Interface Design saw record sales growth in the first half of 2014.   

    Primary contributors were the growth of new voice picking customers and the continuation of existing customers expanding their use of voice to distribution center workflows beyond voice picking. 
      • Gary Glessner, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, commented, "Our results reflect our ability to deliver meaningful value to both new and existing customers. I am particularly pleased with the positive feedback we have received from prospect companies on SID Value & ROI Analysis process and deliverable -- as it supports our goal of being the best in the industry in helping companies make well informed decisions about the value voice-directed work will deliver to their operations.”  
    The company conducted a 3rd party "Voice of the Customer" survey in the first half of 2014. 
      • Ahmed Reza, President, remarked, “It’s very important to us to make sure our customers are satisfied continuously throughout our relationship. While pleased with our 9.5 out of 10 rating in response to the question "Would they recommend us?", we are always seeking ways to better serve our customers and their feedback through this survey was invaluable.” 
    The company also expanded its engineering team and in planning an office expansion in the coming months.  
      • Jonathan Vincze, Vice President of Technology, stated, "With our current rate of sales growth, we are working to assure our future capability to serve both our new and existing customers with the excellence for which Speech Interface Design as always been known in the development, implementation and support of our voice-directed work solutions."
