    Leadership Team

    Ahmed Reza
    In 1995 after 12 years in the Auto ID industry, Ahmed joined Speech Interface Design as a partner to focus exclusively on driving and growing the business. Ahmed, now in the capacity of President of SID, spends most of his time providing business process optimization thought leadership for their distribution and manufacturing customers. Under his tenure, Ahmed has implemented effective growth methods resulting in SID's consistent success. The company continues to set the pace to earn its position as one of the supply chain industry's respected business processes optimization consultative sales providers. Ahmed is a licensed pilot and enjoys flying whenever his busy schedule permits. He has two daughters and resides in Pittsburgh.
    Gary Glessner
    Vice President -
    Sales & Marketing
    Gary’s focus as executive vice president of sales & marketing is helping prospects make well informed decisions regarding the value of voice and assuring the high level of satisfaction of existing customers. Gary brings more than 25 years of solution selling experience and leadership to Speech Interface Design, ten of which recently were with Vocollect, now a division of Honeywell, where he was formerly vice president of America’s sales. There, he helped grow the company from $20M to $120M by driving global strategic initiatives to enhance growth and customer satisfaction via a highly proactive value-based customer engagement process, channel program upgrades and new product introductions. Earlier in his career, Gary held sales management and sales roles with both small and large technology companies: Element K, Abaco Mobile, Comark, Hewlett-Packard and General Electric.Gary most recently served as CEO at Inteligistics. He holds a BS in Engineering and a BA in Economics from Swarthmore College and a MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
    Jonathan Vincze
    Vice President -
    After seven years of owning and operating an Internet service provider in West Virginia, Jonathan Vincze became a project engineer for Speech Interface Design in 1998. As project engineer, Jonathan built and implemented voice inspection systems. Now, Jonathan oversees all technical work for both internal and external projects in his role as vice president of technology. During his time at SID, Jonathan designed and developed the Pickmaster software (pick management), extending manufacturing ERP systems. When not working, Jonathan enjoys playing piano, singing, music, photography, geocaching, running and bicycling from his home in Carnegie, Pennsylvania.
    Chris Stremple
    Director -
    Chris is in his second round of working with Speech Interface Design, having joined the company initially as a technical support consultant for the sales and implementation teams in 2003 not long after completing his bachelors of science's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. He took a break from SID in 2005 and returned in 2010, this time as a senior business consultant and equipped with a master's degree in business administration from Robert Morris University. His ability to communicate, view "big picture" processes, and stay organized makes Chris a valuable member of the design, development and implementation phases for SID clients. In his free time, Chris plays guitar and reads about history from his home in Pittsburgh's South Hills which he shares with his wife, Lauren, and their two dogs.
